ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict no return policy. Whilst we do our utmost to provide as much information on a product and only list quality products, we are unfortunately not able to refund or exchange items if it was merely not to your personal taste preference. This is due to public and food safety regulations. This does not include products that have arrived damaged. We will replace or refund when we as the supplier are at fault, according to our Refund Section set out below.

You can return the item via courier or in-person. The cost of the return will not be covered by The African Spirit Distillery.

Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to us.

The African Spirit Distillery reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of the products ordered does not meet our standards. Should we exercise this right, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Not what you ordered?

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the Website, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery by contacting us. If the product is missing any accessories or parts, you will need to follow the process as set out below. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible.

Products damaged on delivery

Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery by contacting us. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will replace the product as soon as possible. Visual proof of damaged goods is essential. Insurance will be quoted separately for all delivery orders.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be evaluated by management in exceptional cases and will be on management’s discretion.
  • Refunds will only be processed after a bank confirmation letter has been received.
  • Please Note: A 10% Admin fee will be levied on all refunds, unless decided to be kept as a credit on your account.
